AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are MINDALL TECHNOLOGY LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under the trade license number 1497688
We operate the website https://mindall.co/ (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Company, concerning your access to and use of the Services in the United Arab Emirates.
By accessing the Services, you agree to these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
1. Our Services
The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the 'Content'), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the 'Marks').
Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws and treaties in the UAE and internationally. The Content and Marks are provided in or through the Services "AS IS" for your internal business purpose only.
Your use of our Services is subject to compliance with these Legal Terms, including the "Prohibited Activities" section. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services solely for your internal business purpose.
3. User Representations
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete;
you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary;
you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms;
you are not a minor under UAE law (18 years);
you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means;
you will not use the Services for illegal or unauthorised purposes.
4. User Registration
You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username if we determine it is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable under UAE laws.
5. Purchases and Payment
All payments are accepted in UAE Dirhams (AED). Applicable 5% VAT will be added as per UAE law.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate UAE regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) laws.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel with 30 days' notice. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

7. Prohibited Activities (UAE Specific)
In addition to restrictions already listed, you agree not to: -
Upload or distribute content violating UAE laws on religion, public morals, blasphemy, cybercrime (Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021).-
Disseminate political, defamatory, or offensive content against the UAE government, leadership, or public order.-
Engage in activities breaching Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) rules.
8. User Generated Contributions
Any contributions must comply with UAE law, including restrictions on offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content.
By submitting, you represent and warrant you hold necessary rights and licenses, and you indemnify us against any violation.
9. Contribution Licence
By submitting suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use and share them for any purpose without compensation.
We do not claim ownership of your contributions, but by using our Services you grant us the right to process and display them under UAE data protection law (PDPL).
10. Social Media
Integration with third-party accounts remains subject to their own terms. You agree that your use of such integrations complies with UAE data protection and cybercrime laws.
11. Third-Party Websites and Content
We are not responsible for third-party content or websites linked through our Services. You acknowledge that access is at your own risk and must comply with UAE law.
12. Services Management
We reserve the right to monitor and manage Services in compliance with UAE laws, including reporting unlawful activity to the authorities.
13. Privacy Policy
We comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL). By using the Services, you consent to the collection, processing, and transfer of your data in accordance with UAE laws and our Privacy Policy.
14. Term and Termination
These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate UAE law or these Legal Terms, without notice.
15. Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services. We are not liable for interruptions caused by technical, regulatory, or force majeure events.
16. Governing Law
These Legal Terms are governed by UAE law. If registered in DIFC or ADGM, their laws and courts shall apply. Otherwise, jurisdiction lies with the Dubai Courts.
17. Dispute Resolution
Parties agree to attempt informal resolution for 30 days. Failing that, disputes may be referred to:
Dubai Courts (mainland registration), or
DIFC/ADGM Courts (free zone registration), or
Arbitration under Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
18. Corrections
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Services without prior notice.
19. Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by UAE law, we disclaim all warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or accuracy of third-party content.
20. Limitations of Liability
Our liability under UAE law is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the last 12 months. Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by UAE law.
21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us for losses or claims arising from your violation of these Legal Terms or UAE laws, including intellectual property or cybercrime laws.
22. User Data
We maintain certain data in compliance with PDPL. You are responsible for backup of your data. We disclaim liability for loss or corruption of data.
23. Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures
By using the Services, you consent to electronic communications and signatures, which are valid under UAE law (Federal Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions).
24. Miscellaneous (UAE Additions)
Language: Terms are in English. In case of dispute, Arabic translation may prevail before UAE courts.
Compliance: You must comply with UAE laws on e-commerce, data, and cybercrime.
Severability: If any clause is unlawful under UAE law, the remainder shall remain enforceable.
